Chairs Agreement

Chairs will be delivered to you stacked. Set-up and break down services are available with prior notice and at an additional charge.

All rentals shall be on a cash o C.O.D. basis unless prior approval for credit has been established.

Rentals rates are quoted as daily or single use rates, and an additional charge will be made for each additional day of use. Long terms rates are available.

The customer is responsible for all rental items for the entire time that they are in the customer's possession. Please secure items when not in use and protect them from the weather. Charges will be assessed for broken or missing items at the time of return.

If equipment is unavailable for pick-up, clients agrees to pay additional pick-up charge plus any additional rental charges accrued.

Additional charges will apply if rental items must be carried long distances from the delivery truck. Set up and tear down of tables and chairs is NOT included in the delivery price.

Find everything you need for your special day. Our wedding rental packages include tent, tables, chairs, and dance floors. Additional items can be added to the packages as needed or taken off if not needed.
